This home enjoys spectacular panoramic views of the mountains and lake from its patio overlooking the pool. Lake Michelle is a dedicated bird sanctuary and situated in the Noordhoek precinct. The brief was to renovate the existing interior spaces and upgrade the finishes of the existing home. Clinton Savage Interiors was appointed as project managers and did all the bespoke interior furniture and managed the project to completion. Clinton is regularly featured on Top Billing, a South African lifestyle television programme that airs on SABC3 on Thursday evenings. Holloway and Hound managed the contractor and facilitated the new pool approval process through the local authorities.
